Worst travel service in udaipur. They change bus by their own and ask money for diesel refill midnight by parking bus in jungle and not moving forward. The illiterate owner don't even care for the customer and don't even regret by sending wrong buses

Hated it completely Driver Car and Service - overall everything about this agency is pretty bad

Worst experience of chetak travels. I booked tempo travler from udaipur to banswara. Seat conditions was very bad.worst seat I have seen in my life. Midway scissor stooped bus for loan recovery . Even they are not paying loan amount of bus. Very bad service don't ever take their bus

Pathetic experience. Don't ever book a Private vehicle from Chetak tours. They are fooling customers.Hired traveller from udaipur to Haridwar trip..16hour journey took 32 hours to reach, because of lot of issues with vehicle, e.g non functional AC & Stepney.

Very very worst experience. Don't ever book any ticket from this travelling agency. No proper communication nor any service. We have booked a tickes for udaipur sightseeing , no exact location for pickup , no proper support also they took parking charges for each and every place...They have not informed earlier and were rudely talking. Very very worst experience..

Cheating alert* Cheating alert* Cheating alert* i want to give these hapless agency 0.01 star. I reached Udaipur after prebooking the full day sightseeing. Once i reached Udaipur they told me they have canceled tour for the day. I tried calling them for the refund. Also my full day got wasted as other tour agencies had already operated the bus for sightseeing

Was not able to trace office and even flase info were given. Better go with bike rental for local tour and govt bus for outside tour.

Fradulant acts. They do not have udaipur sightseeing bus functional, still keeps the online booking option open. They use all the dirty tricks to sell their service to tourists.
