He lives in advance generation (see petients digitally over social media) and provides same service at 2 different rates And staff have advanced ego, attitute and treat patients too rudely, gives oral timing that changes day by day. If you ask for written or proper time they will make their hands up and say we have nothing like that. I recommend please go to Better one Doctor near JK Temple. You will be treated well by staff and can talk over call with Doctor directly.

Staff is illiterate , ill mannered , dont hv any empathy for patients. Management is very poor. Ppl have to wait for whole day for their turn. Cant take appointment over phone. Secondly doctor esp junior katiyar is quite arrogant ,supports his illiterate staff and even misbehaves with patients . Attends patients thru call only. Even read xray thru mobile video call. What kind of treatment they can deliver. Father Sr Dr katiyar is better but he is now quite old. Not available mostly. Overall very poor service and management.

Extremely bad behaviour from clinic staff. Inside two docter sitting one is Dr S K Katiya and second one is his son Dr s katiyar. Both are taking virtual meeting. Patients can not decide the docter to meet. Staffs are not professional they are third class in behaviour... And running clinic any how...

Pathetic Experience. First and foremost no one will be available to let you know about the doctor's availability until 12 afternoon and once you will get to know about his availability post 12 that particular day's patient list will be done. So you need to wait until next morning and get your patient name noted down in one list. One particular person comes in the morning to note down the patient's name depending upon the fee 500 or 1000 INR. You will have to stand in queue from morning 7-8 am(Some people will be already there before you as well) to get your patient name noted down. There is a seperate person comes around 9:30 or 10 am if you are lucky. Else he might be late and come by 11. -11:30 as well (Depends on Your LUCK and that person's mood) There are no proper arrangements for anything. Place stinks a lot. But you'll hav to bear this. Once your patient name got noted down. Phase 2 will start from 12:30 when the doctor sahab will come (Now a days only his son comes) again you have to stand in queue for the actual visit. In both situation there willwill ueuebe more than 2 queue and both will be extending till the road. There are better pulmonologist available in Kanpur rather than churning your self for people like these who are least worried about the patient's situation. P.S. :- If it's Diwali or festival season you forget about the recuperation as doctor sahab will be busy in the celebrations for couple of days.

Horrible experience from the staff. Very rude Receptionist. Please avoid calling for any emergency related concerns. Also no matter how far you live, you have to visit the clinic twice a day to get checked by the doctor. No mode of appointment available via phone or any other online source. My review is solely based on the experience of the staff and receptionists.

Noumbring system is very discusting. But doctor Katiyar is good

Best doctor of pulmonary. I completely satisfied with doctor SK Katiyar. He treated my father in best way and my father get quick relief. I relies that Dr. SK Katiyar is very sincere in there profession and very honest to their duty. I salute to him.

Worst clinic . Lack of amenities and tb patients are forced to roam on road due to lack of sittings . Staff taking bribe for early consultation and doctor is advising through video call on mobile .PLZZ go to another doctor it will take around 3 days to let him see reports . Waste of time and money .
