They are selling very poor quality clothes and most of the dresses are damaged. If you are buying please check thoroughly before leaving the premises. Sales person attitude is very rude and they try to blame us, very bad customer service. Better to avoid this place, you will get good materials somewhere else for the price they charge.

Very bad experience.low quality items,got damaged after 1 or 2 uses.

Good sales staffs.... but...Today (Aug 2021) I purchased clothes worth about Rs.6000.. once I got home I realized a saree was damaged so went back there to get it replaced immediately (8kms far) within a half hour from the time of purchase. I had to replace clothes because of visible damages, they said they can give a bit of discount on the same clothes! (By the lady owner i guess) What a shame... I rejected her 'special offer' and selected other clothes which was only about rs390 cheaper than the damaged one and they were not ready to give the balance money! First of all it wasn't my fault, if they are selling damaged clothes they should apologize to the customer and replace it immediately right? Instead they wanted me to purchase something for the balance 390! Atlast they gave the money back because I had to raise my voice a bit against their policy. Will never go there again.

Best Textile Shop in Piravom. Situated near to new Private bus Station. Easy access. Good for easy shopping. Good Collection of Clothes. Good Customer Service. Affordable Price. Absolutely there is no Parking facility.

Selling damaged clothes ...??? And they were not ready for an apology too... I couldn't find a customer friendly staffs there.... Very old textile group in piravom, but not yet updated as per customer needs. Totally disappointed

Items not of good quality.. Very average. Options are less.. Centrally located at piravom. Parking available..Staffs are helpful. Not much discount.

There is no exchage in the name of COVID,all online stores like Amazon Flipkart allowing exchange and returns, everything sells MRP no discount bad customer service
