Hotel Kiran Inn, the worst experience I had. Neither the water was available while checking in and neither was the manager Padam was rudely. After lunch we asked him for room cleaning. He was very rude to us on the phone and denied . He directly said that the sweeper is not available. Had the worst experience ever!!!
Unclean and unhygienic place . We found bed bugs ( khatmal) on beds and walls. We arrived at 11 pm and left the hotel 12.15 night time.
So I had the worst experience at this hotel. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I was checked in to a dirty and shabby room. The washroom was stinking and so was the room. The floors were all dirty, hair were lying everywhere even the couch was dirty. And after requesting them repeatedly to change the room still the request was denied. Would not at all recommended anyone to stay at this hotel. Because your experience will be a nightmare. Extremely disgusting and horrible guest experience.
I have never seen such a nice and clean hotel in my life till date. The hotel owner, staff, guard and kitchen workers are very nice and friendly and the behavior is very marvelous. Hotel food is very cheap and tasty. Now this hotel of mine is fixed forever, The linens of the hotel are very neat and nice, the decor items in the hotel are very nice. For less money than this, there can be no other place in the whole of India than my understanding.
Nice hotel with reasonable rate. Big room with 3 beds for 4 adults and 1 kid. very spacious, clean and nit. Got it excellent rate for 2500, as we checked in at 11 pm and checked out at 9 am.
Worst hotel. Worst staff. Thrid class. Hotel. I have parked my vehicle infront of the hotel. They damaged my vehicle and start arguing and misbehaving. They try to stole my vehicle because when I visit at mechanic he told me that lock is also disturbed. So they are thief and Fraud. Do not stay in this hotel.
Location is good , rooms are good but Services were too late for a customer to benefit from them. They should focus more on services that being offered or what customer is asking them to do.
Rooms are smaller but good and Location is nearby Indore Railway station. Staff is nice and service is also good.
