Cherai Sea View Villa - Resort hotel in Pallippuram, Kochi - Ernakulam, India

It was a wonderful experience being there at resort. The sea view was ultimate and spacious rooms were also the highlight. Location, nearby areas looks so safe though they are remote. Spent quality time over there. Only con was swimming pool cleanliness was not upto mark and couldn't spend time in it. Management should take care of this concern.

It is a nice resort near the sea you can enjoy the pool like you are into the sea because the pool is near the beach only

Good and decent place. We went for outing with friends which was a group of around 20. Rooms are well maintained and have enough space. Restrooms are clean and smells nice. Some cons which I felt is, No car parking space for more than 2 cars at the property. Vehicle can be parked at a nearby vacant plot. But that is a makeshift arrangement and no real security. Pool was not clean and water circulation was almost nil. We used the net available at property itself to clean it.

Location & view :Excellent Owner & caretaker: Excellent We had a very pleasant stay at this property. I wanted to surprise my husband on his birthday & it was beyond expectations. They provided us such a beautiful room with very nice decor, private candle light dinner setup with a mesmerizing view from the balcony. The place is very clean and super close to sea.. The view & ambience is breathtaking. Also the owner is very supportive. She is very compassionate & can accommodate custom requests too. Only thing that needs improvement is to provide a landline phone in room. However the caretaker was kind enough to share his mobile number for communication but yes a phone would be great. I am very happy with my stay and will love to visit again. Thank you!

Value for Money: Not worthy, facilities and cleanliness is below average, parking only available for two cars simultaneously. View and ambiance:Only good if you like to share time watching sea from your balcony. Staff Behaviour :Room cleaning staffs will attend you from check-in till check out. Amenties: All the rooms are under maintanence stage and swimming pool water is not clean and will start itching if you spend a long time at pool. Water will not stay in bath tub for long. Food from restuarant is teribble and costly.

The stay here was comfortable and as they say it's literally a sea view villa. We can watch the sea from the balcony and this has an infinity pool with the sea view. The pool was really nice. The food we ordered for dinner was average but the free breakfast provided was nice. Wifi was available but was a bit slow. Bathroom had bathtub and was quite clean. But bathroom gears were not properly provided. The location is a bit far from cherai beach and more towards Munambam. But overall we enjoyed the stay there. The people there are quite polite, well behaved and customer friendly. I would like to give a 4.5/5 but since it is not there giving it a 5 star. Ps: This is not like a 3-star resort or something, its a resort which is good within this budget.
