I recently visited Chen's Hair and Beauty Salon, and I was so happy with my experience. My visit was for a facial and a haircut, and it turned out to be a truly delightful experience. Sunita, the talented professional who handled my facial, proved to be nothing short of fantastic. Her magical touch during the massage was heavenly, transporting me to a state of pure relaxation. Her hands seemed to work wonders. The haircut I received was equally impressive and, importantly, budget-friendly. The warm welcome I received upon entering the salon set the tone for the exceptional service that followed. Thanks to the team at Chen's, I left the salon feeling thoroughly satisfied and happy with the outcome.

Firstly I love the ambiance..Next Tara, my all time favorite guide who gives me right advise and super friendly. I'm visiting from past 6 months and every time my experience was awesome. I love Srishti the most and the guy who did my eyebrow micro blading and today I'm typing this cos of Yashna, who did wonders on my facial, she was very friendly and kept me engaged throughout the session, she made laugh like no one else does. Overall I like all the staffs there. Thank you for your wonderful services as always

Visited recently.They do good work and are skilled BUT They forget that they are in a hospitality industry. The staff keeps changing there and it's once but twice that I got an earful for my hair being not washed properly or being frizzy (that's how it is). And even if u want to point out or recommend something it should be polite, she literally told me about hair like 6-8times I was just like hm hmm hmm, But i really turned offy mood.

Since 6years I'm coming to your shop. I was very much happy with your service. But today the person who did threading she spoiled it totally. Kindly appoint proper person .
