This place is cool. And calm place. It's located neart to sullya busstand, around 1 km from ksrtc busstand. Can seek blessings from very old Chennakeshava swamy and be blessed here. There are lots of other temples near by. And many marriage halls and also KVG engineer ing college near by.

Chennakeshava temple is devotional and one of the major part of our city, They provides food for devotees every day. Mainly the parking system for vehicles is good.

This is an abode of Sri Channakeshava, the main deity of Hoysalas, one of the greatest kingdoms of Karnataka. The annual carnival, Channakeshava Jatre, held in the temple, attracts thousands of people. The place is located 200 metres interior of the the Madikeri-Mangalore highway. I always visit the temple whever I am going through the town of Sullia.

There are restrictions for students during lunch time with uniforms. It's a very sad behavior of a few people.

This temple is situated just beside the road with a banayan tree on its right side. The evening sun set is very beautiful to see between the temple tower and the tree. it's very peaceful inside the temple and plenty of place to sit around it.

Shree Chennakeshava Temple is one the ancient temple situated in the heart of the Sullia city in Sullia taluk of Dakshina Kannada district in the coastal belt of Karnataka. This temple which is believed to be 850 years old is built by Jain king dedicated to Lord Chennakeshava.. there is a sanctum of Goddess Shree Durgaparameshwari and Chennigaraya who are considered to be the sub deities at this temple. In the outer yard, there is a sanctum of Ajaneya to which special poojas and sevas are offered daily.nice place must visit the temple!!
