It was a Great experience with Chennai Tour's and Travels. They prepared and managed itinerary as per our requirements. We asked for Ertiga. They provided the same they showed us in pic. Car was good in condition. Driver Ravi-ji was well behaved, well aware of various places and tidy. We visited Shree Tirupati balaji temple & Padmavathi temple as per our priority list. Then we had Pondicherry and Kanchipuram in our list. We are very much thankful to Chennai Tours and Travels for great arrangement..
We booked an official trip first time from winmaxi (Innova Crysta - 03 Cars) We had a good experience with Winmaxi Holidays and Travels.Its a good option with decent rates compared to other vendors.The cab was well maintained, neat and clean. Our driver was very cooperative and act professionally throughout the trip.He never complaint about timings/delays. I would definitely recommend Winmaxi Holidays and Travels.
We hired a car from Chennai tours and travels and were pleasantly surprised for the great service they gave. The car was always on time. The driver Xavier was very punctual, curtious and friendly. We had a great trip to Ahobilam. The arrangements and customization in travel itineraries were appreciable. The stay was comfortable and we were guided well on time towards all the destinations. We r from Kerala and had a wonderful temple tour in and around Thanjavoor, Kumbakonam & Chidambaram. Chennai Tours & Travels provided a Volvo A/C bus. The driver was a nice person and his driving was good. We enjoyed the trip. Only negative aspect I would say is Audio & video entertainment, driver & his assistant were not familiar how to operate it.

Date of experience: July 08, 2023 Top Notch Customer Service. Buses were clean and comfy. The team communicated with me regularly to ensure that all the steps were taken care. The vehicle was much earlier than the agreed time and the driver was very courteous. Will definitely recommend their service for future requirements.
