I had a room for 1 day, the room was good and clean also, location of the hotel might not be desirable for everyone. Service was also good, no issues during my stay.

I was there for a short official trip. I always like the city of Chennai as it has some very warm people and has a lot to offer. Great place, nice people, a lot to see and very good foods! But it was perhaps one of the worst experiences at the hotel. I usually don't write negative things, but I am hapless. I am just jotting down a few info for all future travelers I wish I had known before staying there. PROs, * The location is great. Only half an hr from the airport and easy to locate due to the Fortis Hospital Vadapalani. * The locality is good/safe. You can get street foods, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby. * The room AC was good. * The Wifi works fine. * The reception boy is shy but helpful and speaks English. CONs: (This list is rather long, so be with me) 1) The hotel is not located on the main street. There's an almost 200 meters long, extremely narrow alley that you must cross with your luggage to get to the main entrance of the hotel. Moreover, at night, there's no light in the alley! (see the pics) 2) I booked a standard room for my short stay. Upon reaching there, they told me that their rooms have no Fan (it's extremely hot there) and that if I want, I could upgrade to an AC room for some extra payment. 3) Most modern payment options are missing. You either use GPAY or cash (don't forget to keep the exact change). Your credit/ATM cards are useless at reception. 4) They gave me a room on the 3rd floor. The stairs are high, narrow, and spiral. You need to be careful if you carry luggage! There's no elevator. 5) The rooms are very small, with minimal furniture and almost no utensils. (see the pics) 6) There was no electric kettle, mini fridge, or ceiling fan or table fan. I was wise to pay extra to get an AC room! 7) The bed sheet was very dirty. I asked them to change it the next day, but it was still the same! (see the pics) 8) They don't clean the rooms or change bedsheets regularly. You have to tell them in advance if you want your room to be cleaned! 9) There was no ventilation in the room or the bathroom. But the walls are so thin that you can hear literally everything from the other room. Unfortunately, the other side of my room was a toilet, and imagine how I felt! 10) The bathroom was terrible. NO HOT WATER! There was no mirror. No ventilation (except a fake/sealed window) or exhaust fan. It was troubling to shave or even wash my face! The wash basin was narrow and dirty. But the worst part was the yellowish-colored water! I didn't dare to put it in my mouth. I used bottled water to clean my mouth! 11) There's no room service as such. But you can go out and get your food in the nearby area. 12) In the name of breakfast, they give a very cheap and unhygienically packed Idly and Samber (although I like Idly). Without any tea, coffee, or water. That too, around 9.30am! I refused to take it after the first day! Overall, it wasn't a good experience. I probably will not get back there.

Newly built hotel at good location. this hotel is only for stay don't expect more. room are clean. but very small. the toilet also very small. no hot water. at 700-800 it's good Air conditioner hotel. for stay only. not for family.

I had a happy stay for a day! No one disturbed me for the whole day! The room was neat and clean. Worth the money!

The worst hotel in my history of booking. I have booked single standard room for 2 people. it is understood that 2 people should lye down. But the hotel guys have given only single bed and we had argument then I approached staff over phone and he told will give extra bed for 50 rs and we have accepted and checked in. There is no chair table and anything and we have to sit on the floor and eat. Next day morning complimentary breakfast is promised and from 8.30 am I was been following up 4 times and they provided by 10.00 am. Is that the time to have breakfast? At the time of checkout the hotel guys is demanding 300 rs stating the there are stains in the bedspread. It's the duty of the hotel guys to wash it anyway. The hotel guy is arrogant and violent and did not even talked with respect and threatened us can't leave this place without paying 300 rs. Again I called up staff and finally they have convinced them for 100 rs and we paid 100 rs and then left that place. Such an unpleasant stay which I have ever had in my life. The first hotel which charged for bed sheet wash. I noticed unmarried couple that too at age of 21 were check in to the hotel. This hotel not suitable for family or business people.
