Had a wonderful time during the overall trip. Accomodation in Jaipur & Agra was awesome. Only drawback was the accomodation in New Delhi, which was not convenient for the stay. Kindly consider the same for the future. Trip organisation was good, which helped us to visit places in a timely manner. Transportation was great & the driver was very helpful and friendly.

We went for Udupi trip covering all important places like Murdeshwar, Kollur Mookambikai, Sringeri, Horanadu, Dharmasthala and Subramanya. The hotels were very good and we had a wonderful trip. Very well organised

Inspite of the crowd due to vacation n season time we missed only one or two places, we were able to cover the rest without any issues. All the hotels booked were quite good, and the stay was comfortable and safe too. Thanks for organizing it so beautifully, it was well timed. SPECIAL THANKS TO MR.DIBEESH (Navami Travels - our Van Driver cum Guide), we were a little apprehensive when we left here as we were all ladies along with children, but he was very helpful, accomodative to our needs, polite and made us all feel safe so we could enjoy the trip with out any issues. A huge thanks to both Mr.Sudeesh and Mr.Dibeesh for the awesome journey.

Paniker's Travel is an old group which has a good reputation. We did Char Dham with them from Sep 9th to 19th, 2022. I will start with all the positives of this trip. The trip covered as many places as possible in the 10 days. Our driver Dharam singh was excellent. He was one of the best drivers I have ever seen. Always cool and composed and making us feel safe. The catering team did their best and ensured packed breakfast and lunch on days when we left early. Taste of the food is nothing to write home about but was hygienic and none of the 40 passengers had any stomach issues. What was bad? 1. The tour manager was the worst I have ever seen. There was one tour manager for 2 buses carrying 40 members. There was no explanation about the places we visited. He did not maintain any timing with members as result of which members who kept to the scheduled time were always kept waiting. He had no concern for senior citizens and often gave them rooms on higher floors or difficult to reach basements while the younger lot got ground floor rooms. Infact we even wondered if his palms were greased to get better rooms. 2. None of the places we stopped for eating had enough chairs/tables to sit and eat. It was like a musical chair and was very inconvenient. 3. The rooms especially in Barkot and Badrinath were terrible. We got a dumpyard in Badrinath that had rats running around. It was a basement room with a very difficult approach. The sheets in most rooms are never changed and the bathrooms have faulty plumbing. 4. Lunch was rarely served on time and dinners were often served past 10.30pm and even at 11.15 pm at times. This could have been avoided. They should consider tie ups with local hotels to ensure dinner is served at reasonable time considering our stay stared at 5am or earlier on 8/10 days.

We knew them from 1976. but this time we found most un reliable and horrible experience. We booked char dham for 26th Sep 2022. We are asked to select the seat in the 27 seater bus from New Delhi. But when we arrive New Delhi, we found 10 seater Tempo traveller. We have been allotted last 2 seat out of three seats in the last row. We are senior citizens and last seat in the bus gave enough beating in the rough roads through out the journey. More than that two cooks also occupied the othet one seat. Literaly they occupied one and half seats and gave us One and half seat. This kind of treatment Panicker arrangment and care given to senior citizens. We will not rcommend senior citizens to chose the Panicker travels any more.

Varanasi, Alahabad and Gaya tour. From 14 th 18 th Sep, Chennai Panikers organized a tailor made tour for 9 of our family members. We all enjoyed the tour, no complaints. Our local representative Mr.Sonu was very helpful in arranging temple Darshan at varnasi, Ganga dip, GangaArthi and Pooja for the ancestors to quote few. Trip to Alahabad for Thiruvenisagamamam was memorable. Visit to Nehru museum was very good. At Gaya we visited Bodi temple and few other temples. At Varanasi we stayed in Hotel Royal livin, located in a calm place away from busy streets, food and hotel staff are very good. At Gaya we stayed in Hotel Imperial, very good ambience and nice food. On the whole we thank Chennai Panikers for organizing the entire tour very well. In future Chennai Panikers will be our preferred travel partner.

My entire family travelled to Delhi, Agra, Vrindavan and mathura through Panickers travel. Those people serves was very bad...there didn't inform us that in Delhi airport the parking charges was 1500 for 30 mins...we had to pay 3000 rs for 45 mins. India gate was under construction so we where not able to go inside.....there didn't inform us...even after enquiring is there any problem in any places. First while asking for refund for the parking charges they said there will refund 1000 rs but after the trip still now there are not refunding and saying there cannot refund. And treating the customer badly... while I was asking about my refund there are disconnecting my call while speaking. The room there booked in Agra also was very bad...the room was very small...even though we took 3 rooms....it was difficult for us to sleep. Very bad travels no proper customer service... Always speaking to the customer with attitude... Please don't book them
