Visited them yesterday, first time. The doctor went away for personal work for half an hour and the nurses , staff had no courtesy to let us know. But the same nurses had long before asked us to keep our mobiles switched off at the time of consultation, which seemed good practise for a smooth consultation. We did our bit, kept mobile on mute, but still there was a ring during the consultation. Wonder what is setting rules for consultation? Respecting time ? Thanks for clarifying one and leaving the rest for us to figure out with other doctors we had consulted before. If doctors are being consulted for second opinion, who is to be blamed - patients who are suffering with an ailment or the doctors who have the capability of saving them ? Wonder what is serviceability in medical field ? If a patient is not understanding well, what should a doctor supposed to do - snub them off ?

Feedback based on my multiple visit to hospital : Negative: 1) No token issued to patients. 2) Staffs are not friendly 3) Patients are asked to come early in fasting for scan, blood test and endoscopy but the technician will not come early or on time. 4) Attender who accompanies patients are not allowed inside doctor chamber to hear or see when doctor consult patient. They mention it is as per the policy due to corona. ( Accept the policy but in my view the management has not taken any counter measure or explore the way for the attender to get doctor advice about the patient ) 5) Every one has to leave the footwear outside and Inside the hospital the floor is not that clean or sanitized. 6) Mask is only for the patients and visitors, but not for the staff members. 7) No parking facility. Positive: 1) Doctor is knowledgeable and has very good experience. 2) Prescribe medicine after complete analysis. 3) Economical for middle class. 4) Patients are asked to wear mask. Overall: Need improvement in hospital management. Treat Others How You Want to Be Treated

No other doctors did the right diagnosis for nearly 10 years and only Venkataraman doctor rightly diagnosed and even did the surgery successfully. Now completely fine. Thankyou so much to krishna hospital!

I was a patient with Dr venkatraman. Underwent endoscopy during the peak corona time. I can not forget the help rendered . He was wearing PPE KIT and did the procedure to me. There was no one in entire Chennai doing endoscopy that time as corona stays inside intestine and affects the doctor more than patient. But he took initiative to serve patients risking his life. I am thankful to you sir. I didn't write review sofar but after seeing the ugly worst remarks against doctor I decided to write. The merits of treatment will be known only if you are a real patient. Fake reviews against the genuine people make his services not available to real patients. Sir please continue the same level of care. Don't worry about the fake reviews. God bless you

Don't take treatment in other hospital after taking treatment here, it may be a year ago. If you do so, you will be strictly refused to give further treatment here. Whatever may be the situation, there is no chance given to explain all. This was my experience here.

I am thankful to dr s venkatraman for a life saving surgery to my cousin. He is very young but was suffering from advanced cancer in intestine. He was denied surgery by two centers due to advanced state. But sir took it as challenge and operated. Took 4 hours to perform surgery. After surgery now it is three years my cousin is alive with out any residual problem. I didn't write reviews sofar. I saw worst narcissism remarks against doctor recently. It pained me a lot. So i am sharing my cousin treatment now. The best doctor if illtreated by fake reviews it is only real needy suffer not the fake ones. I pray Almighty God to give enough courage to doctor to face all these illminded criticism.

Excellent treatment given by Dr venkatraman. He is 27 years experienced person. My number of hospital is near 47000 . Amazing. One man treated so many patients in his carrier of 16 years in Chennai Krishna hospital. I was shocked to see shameful reviews against him recently. Shame on you mister to write reviews like that. If you illtreat God like person like Dr venkatraman even God will not forgive you forever. We are with you Dr venkatraman. Do not worry

I am thankful to my life to dr venkatraman. My relative went to corporate hospital for a cancer surgey in intestine and he came running out with the expenses there. The same surgery was done @ 1/6 th of cost of corporate hospital by Dr sir with excellent care and my relative is doing well. I was shocked see fake reviews against sir that he is money minded. But in reality he never minds money but treat like heaven with down to earth charges. We are happy with Dr venkatraman treatment.
