Service is not good as per the charges are good. There should be some snacks and tea included if they are charging too much for one stay. Along with soap, a small pack of shampoo should be there. I have see a table with some used plates and electric kettle on the floor. It indicates it is for common use. Waiter didn't explain anything. I needed warm water to have, I saw on reception all were sleeping.

Neat and clean spacious rooms. Excellent for families as it has very modest atmosphere around.

Totally waster ,please don't book i visited many districts but I don't see such a very very bad rooms like this in my life , but the price is so high, comparing to price rooms are not worth mainly it is hospital they changed into hotel till now it is look like hospital very smelly rooms water leakage , cockroach, tv not working, AC not working, even plug points not working worst for all familes , couples, single very very worst please don't book this hotel , and water is main disadvantage water is so diry it looks very yellowish , definitely we will vomit after seeing the water but room price is 2500 totally waste

My stay was nothing short of a nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my terrible experience. From the moment I arrived, it was evident that the hotel lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. The room I was assigned to was in a deplorable state. The bedsheets were stained, the bathroom was filthy, and there was a foul odor permeating the entire room. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not done their job properly, if at all. Adding to the disappointment, the room had several issues that were never resolved despite my repeated complaints. The air conditioning was faulty, resulting in a hot and uncomfortable atmosphere. The television was non-functional, depriving me of any form of entertainment during my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, making it difficult for me to carry out any work or stay connected with my loved ones. The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and lacked professionalism. They seemed disinterested in addressing my concerns or providing any form of assistance. My requests for a room change or a refund were met with indifference, leaving me stranded in a subpar accommodation that did not live up to its claims. To say that my experience was disappointing would be an understatement. I had high expectations for this hotel, but it failed to deliver even the most basic standards of hospitality. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice before making a reservation. In conclusion, my stay at this hotel in Chennai was nothing short of a disaster. The uncleanliness, lack of maintenance, malfunctioning amenities, and unhelpful staff all contributed to a woeful experience. I dont know wheather that the management takes note of these concerns and takes immediate action to rectify the issues plaguing this establishment. I never strongly not recommond this hotel ever.

Worst experience. The hotel is inside a garbage street. Dirty everywhere. Ordinary rooms and service. Not worth for Rs 2000 plus taxes. I dont recommend it.

Most terrifying rooms ever. Please don't book the rooms here. In online platform they will show the room price low. When u reach the place. They will not allow u to the rooms. They simply say no rooms available. It looks like horrible place and staff are trained to be worst they will not know how to behave to customers. Please prefer better rooms which is available near. :::/

This Hotel wont entertain any online bookings. I had booked through Mi stay for a day time stay. When I reached the hotel, I told abt the booking the person the front desk read the SMS confirmation and told rooms not available. I spoke to the customer care of the Mi Stay and they wanted to speak the office guys., he was not listening to them at all. Just told rooms not available and gave me the phone back. The CS guy was telling the front desk guy they had spoken to some other guy and he had confirmed the room and all, but this guy is in no mood to listen. The autodriver who took me from Busstand asked did I book the room? when i told yes through the app he was very much confident that they will not give the room to you and asked me the rate. When I told the rate his confidence increased and told they will not give at this rate. When we reached the hotel he told you go check I will wait in case if you want to go another hotel. As he predicted I had to go to another one

Need to improve restroom cleanliness. Calm place and clean. Complementary breakfast available.
