I asked for the certificate oreneoesement of the gemstones that i sold prior to purchase and they told me they will send through whatsapp. After i came back to my country i followed up with themand they told me i have to bring it back to get it tested and certified. They sell items without knowing the authencity from their supplier. How do they expect their new customers to trust their products just because they have been around for 20 years or so?!
