Visited this office for Rental agreement registration. Already completed the online registration process. They called me for verification of documents. Met "Additional Personal Assistant to Collector, Chennai Collectorate (Deputy collector Land)" They verified all the documents in Original and collected all the xerox copies too. But they didn't register my agreement, NOT even gave any acknowledgement. They simply asked me to leave, saying they will call me back. I am clueless when they will call me back. I am helpless. Very very poor service

D.Singaravelar maligai now Chennai Collector office. Located near beach station. Best service. Chennai city people's need any Government benefits they have to come here. Health card related, smart card related, E seva and other important Government services for citizen

Can u please you send Chennai Collegectorate Office minimum wages/chart for 2023-24

Applied for apostille via esanad but email & phone number mentioned in MEA website for this office isn't correct. Had people go in person to f/u on my request but the person who deals with the request seems to be on holiday for 2 months now. This seems like a scam to loot money because the apostille service is just 90 rupees, and DIGITAL, and there's really no need for the applicant or their representative f/u in person, but the office wants to see someone in person & give zero information on phone or email. Don't waste your time & effort trying to get the document unless you know an influential person. CPGRAMS website is the place to make a complaint against if you're dealing with something similar.

I have been calling the Chennai District Collector 's for nearly 2 hours, whenever it rings the receptionist plug the call on music and it is unattended for nearly 10 mins.I am wondering how the public can get access with information which concerns the collectorate dept only if we are unable to pass through the first phase of telephone call
