It used to be a good place to relax, but now the garbage sorting / cleaning process is done on this premises. Mosquitoes, flies and wasps cause health problems for people and cause bad breath. It would be beneficial to the public if the concerned officer relocated the waste / garbage disposal process operating here.
Neatly maintained in the midst/adjoining one Apartment community where it is actuality set apart as OSR for park purposes. The premises has been maintained very well with grass and plants compared to other parks.Attracts people in all walks of life in the nearby areas for regular walk.
This is the best Chennai corporation park that I have seen. It's well maintained and very big space to walk inside the park. Basically plants and trees are properly watered and cropped. Best place for morning walks. My favorite place too.
It is large comparing the near by parks, not suitable for kids since you don't found any kid amusement amenities. But lot of grass cover available and peaceful
No proper lightning at night. It's very dark at places and it's not suitable for kids, since it doesn't have a dedicated play area. the park is only suitable for walkers.

Kendriya Vihar has 3 blocks A, B & C. Each block has three separate parks. A block park just surrounded by all A block houses and it's always lively. You can see kids playing in front of our houses safely. I love this park most.
This place is very calm and beautiful. Full of trees and there is lot of space of walking. Many chairs are there for sitting. This was a dump yard converted to tree park with many native trees(600) varieties. Elderly, kids enjoy this place very much.
