This place has caught all my attention, a good go for all the classes as you will get a chance to plan your purse while you choose service halls which offers a wide range of experience from counter sale - outdoor seating - cosy crowd - decent AC service halls. Drink offered here is good specifically he has got only a couple of beers Kingfisher strong and blue in absolute cold bottles and you don't get any other of your choice on other brands but for hard drink they have got all for you. Food was authentic and tasty be it scrambled egg, chicken fires or even a peanut masala every dish had its own benchmarks on their making kudos to shef Not sure why they stopped taking orders after 10pm but that was not good service for us as a traveler we expect such safe places to be available to fill our thrust until late night but that wasn't, suggest management to review the timings for our good as we love you more.

Well maintained Hotel. Extremely courteous staff. Good breakfast spread. Pro Tip: The dinner buffet is actually less expensive than ordering 2 of the same dishes, a la carte! (Thanks to the staff for telling me this!)

Poor service from staffs....no timely delivery,behavior....

Me and my friend been here and sat in the premium room called ( thekkini) there we're left over beer bottles and food plates on the table. We have been served our order in the same table without cleaning the table. When we asked the waiter he told there is not enough staff to clean the table which is a shame for such a good place. Waiters have no clue how to deal with the customers. Better hire a trained staff/waiters or train your staff how to behave

Went for a stay for night. Was peaceful, rooms are well maintained, good services. Since the bar was closed on the day, no crowd and hence family friendly as well Will take some navigating to be done to reach the spot. Food is available on pre order basis, even though limited options, the food was good. Could have had a water purifier so water was readily available on each floors.

We went there with extreme expectations...the ambience is good , but utterly waste waste food was served by 5he resturant side.We ordered simple veg fried rice, sweet corn chicken soup,and chicken chilly.....half cooked rice, capsicum onion and all are veggies are not cooked enough...can't even recommend anyone for sight seeing too ....this is our experience about Chengara Heritage...Can't even give a single star for the food they served to us...cant upload without giving a star rating...star only for maintaining the MANA
