Not eligible for mini clinic itself, Booked an appointment for Rheumatologist, support staff told to book the schedule in person and give the schedule on 2pm, till now (3pm) doctor has not arrived and support staff receptionist is saying still wait for 30mins doctor will come.... One of the best place to consult for Neuro treatment. Admitted my father who was affected by mind stroke last week, got a good response from hospital staff and nurses throughout the four days of treatment.

The worst ever Multi Speciality Hospital in Tirunelveli. Absolute worst service. I wouldn't recommend anyone here. Most of the staffs are rude when they talk or respond. And the Post Discharge process of the Hospital takes time its like never ending process. Even after completing the payment they make us wait.
And the most important thing,
1) Even in September 2022 where 99% of the transaction are Digital, they onlu use cash transaction to avoid Tax Audits.
2)Hospital Management dosen't allow patients to purchase medicines from other pharamcies. The reason behind this particular hospital rule is so that they can make most of the money. They cahrge double the MRP cost.
Token system not well very worst behaviour Her staff nurses don't give any response They speak very hardly.They show attitude.But Dr. Radha mam is a good doctor.Please Correct the token system and nurses behaviour.
Best doctos with worst service. Literally i would kill the nurse for their attitude towards patients.
Note for doctors: if you are not giving proper to-dos for nurses, even your top class service goes in vain. How many negative reviews and still u numb on those. Hard time for people to wakeup.
