Worst experience. Behavior of staff are very bad. I have selected one diamond bangle to purchase today. But for more than 10 minute one of the staff was speaking in phone, he didnt response and not even cared about one customer is waiting for him for 10 minutes. So i have cancelled the same and returned. Manners is important for the staff... I think...

The jewellers just got a face lift and a new showroom. The staff were very friendly and they were trying very hard to abide by covid mandates at my time of visit.

At the opening of this new store we have purchased bracelet from there but they didn't put holdmark in that bracelet and we didn't notice at the time of purchase while we went to change gold in an another jewellery they informed as that bracelet didn't have any holdmark , So be aware of purchasing from there

Sorry to say had a bad experience, said coins are not available. I had booked for a coin last week, (said booking is not there but will make it available by 2 to 3 days ). But didn't receive call, when called innitially said yes coins are available but later said no.

Staff is friendly, however the location is short staffed and the billing process is a mess with long wait periods. We have been Bhimas, Kalyan and other jewellers in Palakkad and Thrissur where the process is fairly structured. CIJ Ottapalam really need to work on the internal processes which need to be a lot more customer focussed and customer oriented.

Worst collection. Gold products are getting damaged after 4 5 months. Niva Gold have better collections.

Customer service was good.. But gold making charge is little high comparing to other jewellery's
