Don't Trust. I had a very bad experience from them. My wife bought an Earing from there and when we went for exchange in another Jewelry we came to know that the weight of the earing was around 2.5 gram short of what they billed. That was actually the stone weight but in the bill stone weight is shown as hardly 200mg or something like that . so never trust them. I have the proof also with me. this happened around 6 years before

Disappointed!!!Poor customer service...No one to greet and welcome in the front office area..Most of the salesmen looks so gloomy and are hesitant to attend..Had to wait so long to get a salesman to attend...Anyway he was good at detailing and far better in customer service..Compared to other branches like Manjeri customer service is very poor in Calicut.. Also the Calicut showroom looks old and not properly maintained.. Furnitures are also poor.. No proper lighting arranged.. Also no tea or juice was served to the customers

The staff are very supportive. Went for an old gold exchange. Good collections and they have good schemes for future gold purchases

Great customer service. They take time to show everything they have. They explain us everything in detail and let us choose what is best for us without looking on their profit.
