Personally I will not visit here again. While I respect their policy of forcing lady customer s to keep the handbags in the locker at entrance, many will find it offensive and uncomfortable. The shop was ill lit, ventilated and without anything interesting to offer.
Customer service is good. Parking space available. The mall has a Multiplex, food court and a grocery mart which has products ranging from gifts, grocery, crockery, fresh and frozen foods including fish meat n eggs. They have started a small section for kids clothing , ladies wear ,towels etc.... To basic tools to office stationery.. Fair pricing. They do have variety. Newly launched product usually hit the store in a month or two is what I have seen.. They have a small counter for ladies Hair accessories and jewellery along with a quick bit counter. Excluding the food court. The pricing at food court is affordable however something needs to be done about the houseflies the multiplex.. Pricing was the lowest in ijk when I checked in bookmyshow. Overall pocket friendly.
Supermarket, food court, cinema theatre in One place. MCP ,Navaratna ,Reliance, Chiramel etc are there. Toilet facility in MCp Navaratna not enough. Nothing new in this MALL. Centromall in Kodungallur ample toilet facility IS there. At least the Mall, hypermarket should provide toilet for tourists.
It has a multiplex, food court and a supermarket all in all for a weekend well spend. Large parking facility is one to be appreciated.
