chelaram fast food restaurants is a very popular restaurant in Jhansi located very near to sipri bajar. ,Samosa, Pinni K Laddu, Rasmalai, Mithaiyan is all I can think of when I hear this name. One of the best Sweet affair available in Jhansi. It is located in the heart of city and is decently close to Railway station.

Disappointed! Worst at service!! I paid online for samosas and during crowd it was being too late so I asked them to corporate otherwise return my money and they refused to give my money back and forced me to buy something else and I had to buy juices forcefully. There tone is worst and attitude is on peak. They need to remember their shop is running by customers & learn to respect them before it's too late.

The quality is getting decreased and the price is getting increased. No value for money. If you got packed anything, they don't give plate, spoon etc. Even you'll be charged for it. If you asked for it they rudely tell you to go back. Specially the owner is very rude and arrogant.

If you love Samosa, this is the place to go. They serve some of the best samosas in Jhansi. Sweets, drinks and other snacks are also available at their restaurant.

Not only did they lack basic courtesy, but they also demonstrated a dismissive attitude when I asked them politely to coprate a little bit during rainy weather as I was with two kids. Moreover, I was taken aback by the inappropriate behavior of one of your employees towards another customer. They were impolite and spoke to the customer in a condescending tone, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone present. It is disheartening to witness such unprofessional conduct from your staff and the shop owner's son, particularly in a place that has been celebrated for its delectable samosas and welcoming environment. Equally disappointing was the response, or rather the lack thereof, from your management when I brought these issues to their attention. I had hoped for a sincere apology or some acknowledgment of the incidents, but instead, my concerns were met with indifference. It is disconcerting that the management of a reputed establishment like yours would overlook such important matters. Delicious food , has lot of food options. Must try thr rabri faluda in desserts. All-over a good experience. Very good ambience, nice service, good, tasty and hygienic food is served. A wide array of cuisine and dishes are available. It is also maintaining the standards. This is a very large and prestigious dessert shop. I liked it quite well. You should not think twice in the dessert food here.

As an outsider I don't know about any other mithai shop in Jhansi, whenever we want sweet this is the only and best shop to pay the visit. But I found that it biggest name in the Jhansi city for sweets but I felt that their taste is not up to that mark and even they don't have many different types of sweets as we have in my city, kanpur. I'm ain't complaing but it's a suggestion that if they want to maintain their legacy they have to improvise.
