The best among the few similar food spots in that area. Ambience was great. Warm lighting, bamboo huts, beside the backwaters, overlooking the bridge. Food was also decent and fairly priced. Service was awesome. Very polite and friendly. Overall a nice place to enjoy seafood and spend some relaxing time by the backwater. This restaurant is located beneath the bridge. You need to turn right after the bridge and drive past another similar restaurant, further ahead and turn left under the bridge. The place is not directly visible from the bridge landing. There are two other similar restaurants just after the bridge. But not worth it. Cheenavala Backwater Cafe was worth it. They even have a live Chinese fishing net inside the premises.
