Cheeky Monkey Play area is a compact place for kids in Grand Mall. This play area could have been little big. The staff were courteous. THE ENTRY PRICE IS KEPT AT INR 1000 WHICH VERY HIGH , REQUEST MANAGEMENT TO REDUCE IT TO INR 500.pls do share your feedback.
Most of the machines never works. Management should take liability on the same instead of only money money. Supporting staffs don't know how to take care of customer and more of rude behaviour. These people should be transparent enough on enabling user to see how the money on card was utilized. Like checking mini statement on ATMs. Which would improve transperancy. My doubt is if any machine is not working why does the card reader was kept in place.? If i keep my card on it then how I should know that I spent money on the not working machine or not?
Good game for family price is very low. Offers also very good I pay 1500 I get 2500 in my card thank you your service
Worst maintained place with extremely Huge pricing. PVR theatre saves this place. Too bad even for one visit. Please have a look at the torn off basketballs, local candies, etc. Not willing to post all bad images. Reply to Owner: Read all the proofs I gave to all my 1 star reviews & 5 star reviews. 90% of the games were above Rs60 Torn off and worn off. Hammer game gets JAMMED and u kept shaking it the Huge machine to make it work. Bowling game ball gets stuck. 2 times worker came & gave new game. Screen games go Black screen. When you are in this attitude, ur place will never grow and places like Phoenix mall will keep adding 2 or 3 additional play areas. Adding one more pic on ur Amazing quality toy.
First ever visit here to play bowling .. Really I would say such a wonderful experience and enjoyed well.. maintenance and service also good. Had a very good fun with my colleagues especially when each of us rolling the ball.. I would suggest to visit this place .. even I'm planning too visit again.. Happy visit and enjoy well. Happy Day.

Worst place I have ever seen , without card they will not even allow baby to touch games. Money minded... Not recommended...no games are good here.
Earlier had lot of broken euqipment. Now lots of improvement with great collection. Virtual reality gaming zone is cool. Prices are steep but worth the time and price for kid. Haven't tried the bowling alley yet.
