The area is 1km away from the coooor town. There is no restraunts or shops nearby. For everything we have to travel to town, or online food delivery is available. But the premise is clean and neat. The overall environment is calm and nice. I stayed in Camelia room. It was spacious king size bed and good bathroom.
Room was too small but very neat and clean. Staff behaviour was good. Location is far from coonoor bus stand, need to take an auto or private vehicle to reach. No towel provided. The main problem is there is no restaurant in the property or nearby. You can order food online though the options are very less.
Stay location is near to the coonoor Railway Station. Easy to find. Room was nice, but no TV, Fan/Ac. Washroom was neat and clean. Only families are allowed. No transport facility at location, either take own vehicle or take a walk towards Station.
Nice place to stay for family. service and infrastructure are osm. pleasent place to stay. cleaniness are too good. parking facilities are good. Near to railway station and coonoor bus stop. over all mamintaince person is very humble. wifi is available. water facilities 24/7 hot water for both drinking and bathing. 100 % horon free zone.
Resort rooms are old yet renovated with new facilities. Excellent service and manager was good and helpful. They will not provide food but if we order they will make the arrangements and provide it. Resort is not in prime location. Connectivity from the city is problem. There is no special view from the resort. I will not say Overall experience was awesome yet it was Good
Very neat & clean rooms ..overall a nice place to stay ..it's situated in the calm place away from traffic zone and also near to station & bus stops ,markets,hotels etc .

Was a decent stay, but not happy overall. Was stuck because of new year and exuberant rates. Pros - ideal location and good surroundings, not too far from City but we get some privacy. The staff was extremely good and receiving. Cons - very very small room for the price, room size 10 x 7 feet. , no towels provided, no place to hang clothes, no please to keep luggage. I forgot to take a picture
