Fraud builder . Booked flat 8 years back . Still have not received flat or money back . Please let me know if someone can help me to get my money back from them.

I am already a customer in this project....this builder is a biggest fraud..they r completely bankrupt..... writing this for new customers... don't ever go with any project of chd developers...if u r already stuck like me..God saves us.

Everything is fake. They made fake promises which they never delivered. This project is doomed. All these reviews are paid and fake. There is no real buyer here.

CHD Resortico located in Gurgaon, sector - 34 is a one BHK service Appartment which is for multi purpose services..It is very good for business purposes as well as for living..

Fraud builder. Delivered nothing yet and not returning money . Their staffs are threatening customers .

Good neat and clean place for business meetings but a bit too far away from everything.

Good mkting office but zero,poor construction .steel all rusted , below average work done .

This builder has gone bankrupt dont buy any project from him
