All floor have nice cafeteria. Beverages and snacks provided are fresh and good. Only one problem I experienced is with the car parking ground. The ground is big and enough but the ground is not levelled well, it have rocks and rubles and projected concrete slabs which makes parking difficult. We have to take extra care for our vehicles due to this uneven surface of parking lot.

It is the most popular health care providers in the town Thodupuza with huge infrastructure and facilities to care for your all health care needs operates in a standard way and almost all branches of the medicine is available here but it is expensive parking space is available nearby the hospital

One of the top hospitals in Idukkyi The treatment, service everything is excellent. We are delighted with the way they handle the patients. The service offered by the doctors and nurses is exceptional. They will really care about the patients. Even the security persons are very helpful and polite. During the discharge process, I faced some issues with the processing of the insurance, and I raised my concerns. The authority heard my concerns and immediately contacted me and resolved my issue. The way they are handling is commendable.

Today (11-09-2023) my mother was discharged from this hospital from Room No: 605. She did the PEG insertion under Dr. Mathews J Choorakkan (Gastro Expert & Dept. Head). From the day I was admitted here, I was wondering if we were in a hospital or at our home?. We were treated with such respect and love from the cleaning department staff to the head doctor of the department. We were not able to make an appointment in advance. Even so, the doctor spared his precious time that day for this minor surgery. Dr. Anumol in Gastro and all the nurses in the gastro department were well behaved and provided care. Care assistants deserve special attention when transporting patients. Dr. Harikrishnan in the insurance department & his team, 6th floor ward nursing team, nursing students were all very cooperative and excellent behavior. The delicious food in the canteen and their service must also be mentioned. Thanks to the management of this hospital. I have only three things to say to the whole staff. Good and big Hospital in Thodupuzha but inside management is worst which is in the bad hands. Who don't know to how to run the management. I would recommend St. Mary Hospital rather than this one. No upgrade of equipment happens here and also, all old modalities and equipment available in this Hospital. The staffs and nurses are kind and they themselves complaint on the management saying it is not properly maintained. I will not recommend to visit this Hospital unless or until it's emergency as they have good emergency department

Hospital management is very poor, but the doctors are good. The hospital is not working in a systematic way. I'm very disappointed with the hospitality. There is no emergency bell in the IP rooms. Due to the improper management, it took a lot of time to consult the doctor.

Hello, I would like to share the roller coaster journey of my father during last two months: My dad had fever followed with facial palsy (drooling of saliva, unable to chew from particular side, lift the eye brow) and severe body weakness. We seeked medical treatment for three to four weeks from the physician.Still no signs of improvement and the condition starts to get worse. Fortunately we met Dr Jithin George (Neurologist) who was my father's guardian Angel. He ran multiple scans, blood test and a lumbar puncture. Doc explained the condition and gave us few options for the treatment. As we were late the chances of complete cure were very less. He started IV steroids and Physio. Miraculously, my dad started to show positive signs in few days and in two months he became his normal self. I would like to thank Dr.Jithin George and the fabulous Physio team for their wonderful job. My sincere thanks to Nurses and all the staff who worked hard for my dad's recovery!
