Dal Makhni provided was smelling badly. Even Onion provided was also smelling extremely bad. It could have caused food poisoning. It seems both Onion and Dal were Stale and Onion was packed since 6~7 hours and thus got rotten.

I generally don't review much, but the service and attitude is pathetic. I ordered a chicken tikka and instead they sent me a chaap and upon confrontation they simply said that You speak to swiggy they will refund. What sort of customer service is that? Pathetic. Never order from here just a bunch of crooks withy lousy attitude and no sense of providing resolution to the customers. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Pathetic Customer Service.

Very tasty..second order was of chaap with Tawas roti.. first was of ladhai paneer and chapati. both were super tasty...

I have placed an order through zomato....food was delivered but it was tasteless and pathetic!!! Paneer had so much oil and naan were not soft at all!!! Not easy to chew and digest! Called restaurant...they said if you want refund , then bring us a confirmatio b b n from zomato! BM Did the same and zomato said food prepartion in not in their scope! Informed the same to restaurant and they said report the issue on zomato app! It has been done as well but no response... I was in a good mood but now after spending approx 450 bucks i m in guilt and in such a very bad mood as restraunt not co-operated well!!!

They are a bunch of crooks. Himanshu Sapra behaves like a gunda. We had a family function of 60 people, he added 5 people from his staff, (which he booked & charged as DJ & Photographer). He still added 20+ members as fake no of pax + space charges + additional services charges & GST (even when we had all inclusive rates). Services were pathetic, we had to request multiple times for snacks availability. Soup was cold/stale. I wish, I could give him -5 stars here. More than the crooks they behave like gundaas. They don't respect ladies & elders & try to blackmail as you have your families along. It's highly non-recommended place. I think, people those who have similar experiences, should share their feedback so that nobody else become victim @ Sardaari/Celebrations by Chawla.

Food Quality is very Bad , Service is also worse and they have no idea how to talk with their customer . Never try to go there restaurant as well as never give online order otherwise you will get your food after 2-3 Hours and after getting food you will regret it. Today , I had given my order at 8:30 PM with Zomato and got notification that my order is on the way at 9:30 PM but I recieved my order at 10:42 PM . I called more than 5 times to restaurant and they replied me that i would get my order within 5 minute ( Making me Fool) and after getting order food was not properly cooked .

There is no provision for a negative rating else I would have given them minus points. My experience with Chawla's is so bad, that I have never had such tasteless and c grade food in my life till date. Known for non veg delicacies, ordered amritsari fish and chicken, but could not have more than once piece of both. When called the restaurant to give feedback, manager was least interested to listen to us and refused to replace the food. He instead started insisting that's how the food is prepared, as if I was eating those dishes for the first time. He told to call back, but never did. Refrain going to this place if you don't want to spoil your meal

Bad service, not having values for there customers. Only wanted stolen money without providing services. I went for celebrating my birthday with my 11 friends at 9:30 PM and they offer to choose buffet and mentioned that you can order anything but when we ordered they start saying that we can order only two dishes. We agreed on that and ordered the main course in starting and asked for starters and they served that after 35-45 mins. My friends ordered drinks they server these drink after 45 mins of order. We asked around 3-4 time for the main course and they did not take it seriously and other customers who came after us they went from there but we still waiting for food. At last, we refused to take food bcz it already 12:00 at night. They haven't any regards about this and changed us 4400/- for starters and drink. So please it be alert this kind of restaurants. No food quality, no test, and service to was 3rd class. Destroyed my birthday party they are cheaters and cheap peoples.
