Chawlas Jaggi City Center - Non Vegetarian Restaurant in Ambala - Ambala, India

I tried this place yesterday which was Monday. Unlike my other friends opinion service was very fast, may be because it was Monday or maybe because dish we ordered was a little popular (kadhai chicken and roti). Anyways food was really good, might be a little expensive but they haven't compromised on quality. They need to work on service, we were waiting for table to be cleaned, when no one came we took another table. In the end waiter sent our bill to another table (although it's a minor mistake)

A complete package with everything at a place. Relaxed ambiance, delicious food options & multiple shopping centers. Sometime do get overcrowded which causes trouble for parking but expansion is also under construction. Best spot in Ambala to chill with your friends and family. This place is something unique as far as Ambala is concerned, Having A Mall in Ambala is a treat for all the residents. Almost all known restaurants are available, specially Pizzas, Burgers and Chat Papri.. Seems this place is made as a Eating Joint. Kids love to be here, they have lot to do here. Totally recommended to All Residing in Ambala and nearby..

Pathetic!!! Doesn't even deserve one star. While setting plates on table, 3 cockroaches in 4 plates...itself reveals the plates are just picked up from dump and not even seen once before. Why should one pay for service taxes of services when they are so pathetic and prices are skyrocketing for pathetic unhygienic and unhealthy food served here. Atmosphere is pathetic, lots of dump seen while sitting in area. Should be thrown out of market... giving shabby look to area.

It was a place of pride a while ago. But after lockdown most of the shops are now discontinued. Hardly few shops open. You will find various other stops on NH1. Security is highly compromised. Neither they take any responsibility. When asked for cctv footage they declined add no camera covering that spot. Parked the car outside the hotel here while visiting this place and found it smashed when I returned. None over there took the responsibility and no cameras captured anything. Regret being at this place after listening to it's old reputation.

Worst hygiene maintenance with roaches in plate. Instead of providing good service and hygienic food, customers are being served with cockroaches. In a single seating 3 cockroaches in 3 plates.

Famous name for no-veg in north india. But taste is not consistent, every restaurant has diffraction taste. However at this restaurant the quality of food is good. Recommended with family. You have also option for shopping with lots of brands outlet and other activities. Parking space is available. Crowded on weekends. Waiting time around 15-20 min.
