Surrounded by Shubham K Mart from one side and Kolktata-Mumbai Highway on the other side. Approx 2000 flats plus 250 Duplex Bungalows,well supported by required shops i.e. vegetables, Medicines,Drycleaner,Hair Saloon and Milk Parlour. Water and electric supply proper. Only issue with the quality of mantainance.of common park,children garden. Rest other things are okey.
Terrible place to live. Rather prefer to stay in a hotel going forward. Last trip to this society.
1.Parking problem in every block. 2.water supply problem 3. Lift is also not working sometimes.

No Power Backup for lift at any of the buildings if Power gone u will be stuck at Lift till the power comes back. Also only 1 lift at every building and maintenance is also pathetic If any fault in lift then they don't have any spare it takes time to restore the lift again sometimes lift was out of service for 5-6 days.

As a reviewer i would not recommend people to stay their.the people living in a individual house are fine but the rules and regulations are not good at all..although the lifts in this apartment are such a wasteful lift and its so dangerous and the community doesn't bothers about anything that's happening in the society..and the place is very dirty...
nothing is good there, only buildings buildings buildings and all buildings, nothing else is there .. no park or free space only and only buildings so think before you invest a home here...
