I really doubt if people who showered with stars have really tasted the named items from the correct spots or simply assuming it to be such. I tried their Kolkata Biryani and it was dreadful. Just because it has potato and fried egg, it doesn't become one. Kolkata Biryani is a light, juicy but flavorful Biryani just not what is served in here that's too greasy, spiced up bad and with an odd chicken combination. Their cream of chicken soup is the usual sweet nonsense which most restaurants do (if you want to know the real one try Paragon). Most funny was their 215 Rupees Chicken Sukka which I felt the cook ate half or the delivery boy - is it not ripping with just bones and tiny pieces ?

Kerala parotta is crisp, veg biriyani was good. Wide variety of dishes. Also they serve good masala chai. Quiet place and the ambience is really good.
The food is excellent. In the menu there are huge variety of dishes. So you might get confused what to order.
Their North Indian dishes are really good. Their pulav was one of best pulav I ever ate. The pulav is filled cashew, kismis, cauliflower and ghee.
The service was also very good. The owner helped us to choose the dishes according to our taste.

Chaska offers a wide variety of North Indian dishes.The ambience they provide is impressive.The interior is designed with lots of home decor pieces which can be bought by customers too.I tried their kulcha,butter naan and Chicken Cafreal with a lime tea.Chicken Cafreal is green in colour and little spicy too.They will customise the dishes according to our requirement.Chicken was well cooked and had a different flavour.Kulcha and butter naan was also impressive.Along with these dishes they gave a complimentary Bowl of Pulao which was soo yummy.Over all i would suggest this place for those who like to try out North Indian dishes.
If you would like a cozy evening with homestyle north Indian food made fresh to order, this is your place to go! Absolutely amazing paneer pulao, egg-veg kaathi roll and chilli chicken was lip smackingly delicious. Loved it, definitely coming back
