My name is Ajith , And I have been a native of this place since long time. We have a toddler, Saturday morning he had a fever. The first thing I wanted to check was covid antigen test. I believe pharmacies have a basic duty of providing generic medicines to anyone who approach them. I was denied test kits which were available in stock , by charvakam today morning. Medical shops in kottayi open at 7:30 and hence I went to charvakam hospital pharmacy at 6:45am since they are open 24 hours. I told them that I needed and didn't test kits and calpol for kids. The stuff over there asked me if this was for a patient etc etc. I answered them patiently and finally they said they can give test kits only after 9am. Since this was agent for me I didn't argue much with them and just left the place.I went 10 kms away to kozhalmamnam, and got test kits from Fathima medicals. We tested him and he didn't came out negative. We are a bit relieved, and now writing this review. If hospital officials are reading this , kindly take the feedback seriously and arrange providing medicines ( like calpol or test kits ) when there is enough in stock for urgent needy people. You're open 24 hours, So please ensure that you provide service during those 24 hours as well. Extremely sorry for the one star. If I have a better experience next time I will edit this end I have the updated review.

Wrost hospital I ever seen.. My daughter had cough from few months and doctor keep on giving same medicine.. All small kid type of doctors they kept, we need matured and experienced doctors. I took my daughter to different hospital and within 2 days she is alright. Kottayi need a hospital. Very bad n time wasting hospital.

Very relief to people from villages area. A good service is provide here. Mainly middle classed people came here. 24 hours available.gives first aid in here other major injuries are concerened out side here. But people from such surrounding feel a great relief of such hospital like these.

In view of COVID 19 Pandemic situation, there is a requirement of token booking facility, it will help to avoid crowd situation in the clinic and better time management...

A clinic with limited options in this remote area, but accessible 24 hours. Good for first aid and first opinion.

Local clinic available with in this area, can be depended for small illness and first aid

I felt very very very poor manners from nurses.... shame on u.......
