Bed service Today I feel very bed in your bus service because rain water enter in bus and all space are fill-up rain water our shoos and lagage are wet from rain water who can responsible for this type of service.
No need to worry if you don't have reservations in trains or something, just visit their website and do your booking. Connected with many cities throughout Mp and India as well and the facilities are quite good
I boarded the bus from ashok nagar to Bhopal. The boarding point has few chair's and a ticket counter . You can wait here for sometime. Still it miss out air conditioning. It's good to have chartered Bus connectivity from a small town like Ashok Nagar. But the bus was pathetic unhygienic and the ride quality was bad. It looked fabulous from outside but inside was a blunder . Even nobody cared to provide complentry water. Overall if you have no other option. Then recommended

Bus is good for travel but not best...as it's AC is not properly working. There is socket available in bus seat side but not t working. Conductor behaviour is very rude.

Bus broke down in the middle of road ...and they didn't even gave refund or gave ride in other bus or vehicle we had to managed on our own.... Very disappointed.
Please don't travel in this so called Charted Bus. They don't provide all amenities and don't maintained hygiene in the bus as maintained in the chartered bus of Indore to Bhopal route and today travelled from Bhopal to Ashoknagar, first they shifted all passengers into another chartered bus after Vidisha. After that the tyre of another bus bursted during running, hopefully there is no accident happened and no Stepney having them to change the tyre. After all this happens, all female passengers are scared because of lonely place (after Ganjbasoda) & then no alternative bus/vehicle provided by the staff of Chartered bus.
