I have been using the services of chartered bus since last 7 years, but this has been the consequently fourth time where the AC outer is damaged and not even a single charging port or point is working, when I raised the issue the helper told me this is how it is, also he suggested me to shift my seat to some other ... The bus vibrates in such a disgusting way that be no body can claim it as a Volvo bus... People pay extra money to make their journey easy and comfortable but here in chartered it is even worse than a local bus. If you take that money it is a request to maintain your services otherwise just stop it. Stop making fool out of people. Bus no. MP04PA6381

Worst experience everytime. Always there was problem in bus engine and I have to an hours. Many peoples have to wait and many problems.....My request to chartered bus agency is to check and clean regularly thier buses.

10:30 am indore to bhopal AC sleeper is not Volvo is bail gaadd'ii . Inside condition is very poor.

Spacious, clean toilets, well lit area for seats, hardworking staff. Removed one star because people management can be improved. Maintaining a line will ensure proper crowd control. Cheers

I Booked Ticket on Paytm from Indore to Bhopal and I chose window seat but before departure they asked me to sit on a different seat without sending any information. Also one of the Ac at My Seat was not even working. It was supposed to depart at 5:20 and it arrived at 5:40 Very Unsatisfactory and unorganised service. It would have better with Verma Travels NueGo Bus

JOURNEY: INDORE TO GUNA (M.P.),The most disgusting experience I ever have with any premium bus service in India. These buses comes with 100 bags full of dust and guthkha pan masala spitting at every corner and seats of the vehicle. Indian local trains are much better than chartered buses now. This is after 3 years I again chose chartered bus as an option to travel and highly disappointed. I can't even think of sitting at such a place for 6-7 hours after paying a premium on the ticket. A very unprofessional staff and driver who doesn't understand the hospitality at all. Surely wont be opting chartered bus in nearby future. This company is cheating on the promises.

Your services once used to be best in town, now it is pathetic. Yes you read it right pathetic. Today 18th nov 2023 my bus from Indore to Bhopal (11.30 am) breakdown at dodi restaurant. It happened because of negligence and poor viechle condition. They were repairing this bus before departure. If bus is not 100% fit to run road, then why they taking risk to operate that and putting passenger life in danger. It could result in any serious accident anyday. We know you guys don't care about passengers safety. I have a train to catch, so I talked to driver and helper to shift me in next coming bus. Here also miss management comes into picture, they should have given priority to passenger who have train to catch at bhopal. Instead they fighting among themselves. On the top of this instead of helping passengers their staff is miss behaving with them. There words are 'Me kya karun tumhe emergency hai to me nhi lekar Jane wala'. This was my last travel with Chartered Bus. I'm never going to use your extraordinary services again. Thanks for keeping passenger safety as your priority(sarcasm here)

My last journey with charted bus Indore to Bhopal service is pathetic, No time schedule to reach the destination on time and driver is also not in manner mis talk with the customer. Charted bus service timing for indb to bpl is 3:20 min. To their destination but staff and driver no cares about the timing.
