Welcome to Sagar Sorry I would not love to rate this bus stop atoll. They have to fulfill all the need as they charge their customer's. place Sagar chartered office should have to update their services otherwise soon it will getting down.

Pathetic services. Say No to Volvo The very well known or rapidly famed Chartered buses are now at their worst services, the reason is that the company is using the Remould tyres in its Volve buses. Friends, Remould tyres means that the worn out rejected tyres are Remoulded and are used to save cost of new tyres. Worst behavior of staff and when I went to their sagar office for ticket booking they said u need to come before 24hr from journey date for booking from sagar to indore..Overall I can say chartered people are behaving like railway

Worst bus even I seen , services are very cheap n behaviour of staff is not tolerable.... If u r complaining thn they were switched off their phone n pass on the seniors, don't use this rubbish bus ...

The worst experience of chartered bus I have ever had in my life. The very well known or rapidly famed Chartered buses are now at their worst services, the reason is that the company is using the Remould tyres in its Volve buses. Today only, the bus got punctured 2 times on the superb national highway express road Sagar to Bhopal. I had to catch my bus from Bhopal to Ahamadabad which was at 6.30 for which I opted the chartered bus of 2.30 pm from sagar which was supposed to drop me on ISBT Bhopal at 6 pm, but that was all my dream of travelling through chartered bus to save my precious time. As the bus reached to kandiya parisar at 3 pm and headed to Bhopal at 3.10. We could not make it even par 7 o'clock to catch the upgraded bus. Therefore, I would request all the travelling persons who believe in saving time rather than money that plzzz don't travel through Chartered Buses they have nothing to do with our value of time. They are simply busy in making money. And, for all these inconveniences I want a solid explanation from the owner of the buses.

Bus and journey was very comfortable. In the past they used to provide water bottles which were very comfortable. Now they have stopped doing that.
