My recent bus journey with chatered bus from Navi Mumbai to Ahmedabad was an absolute nightmare. The bus departed from Navi Mumbai at 9:00 PM, and within 1hr, the AC stopped working. This caused immense discomfort and suffocation for all the passengers. The bus driver struggled to repair the AC for two hours, and finally, at around 12:00 AM, the bus started. Then again in morning around 8 o'clock the bus had to be halted on the highway due to a technical fault in the battery. To make matters worse, the bus operators started transferring passengers randomly to other buses heading towards Ahmedabad. This chaotic situation caused further inconvenience and anxiety among the passengers. The overall journey was delayed by several hours, and I reached Ahmedabad in a state of exhaustion and frustration. I am deeply disappointed with the poor service provided by this travel company. The lack of proper maintenance and contingency plans led to a disastrous journey for all the passengers. I strongly advise against using their services for any travel needs.
Cleanliness is all that matters at such places. This is a decent waiting area with proper facilities for sanitation and mobile charging. Generally they take you from here via a mini bus to Vishalla or CTM to board the actual bus for Maharashtra.
Bus service is good, but lack of cleaness also an uncomfortable sleeper berth. Overall not up to the mark.

Reached 2 hours late...mobile charging point not working..also the bedsheets and pillow covers not clean ...I think bus operators should pay attention to customer necessity, even after charging fares as high as 1st class and 2 TIER AC train fare !!! Customers deserve the basic things they pay for !!!

Worst service ever I had parcel from kutch it was all wet due to rain they didn't even had coverd the courier. Moreover they didn't even found the package and instead of they said to find it by your own which was worse experience ever.
