My Mom had been admitted had and emergency and was brought here in the ambulance.. From the time she was checked in and to discharge I should commend the hospital for the way they took care of her.. Their professionalism yet personal touch to the knowledge of the duty docs and nurses. The knowledge transfers within each team and shifts is just brilliant. Kuddos! On 19 /10/23 Almighty Allah blessed us a baby boy in this hospital...Service is very good... Hospital is clean, staffs are very cooperative... The Doctors are experienced... They take care both baby and mother very well.... Baby ICU set up is good, nurses are well trained... Overall my experience is nice....
On November 18, at 11:45 am, our gas cylinder suddenly caught fire while cooking. My mother was injured in that fire. So I have admitted my mother to Charnak Hospital around 2 pm. They infromed me that patient 20% burned. At the time of discharge 20/11/2023. they have suggest us to dressing the burned area properly.. they have charged us Rs. 95,737. At time of dressing we can't find 2% burning area at whole body. The hospital is money minded and not real treatment is done here. I had a very bad experience in this hospital. They did not do any treatment.The worst hospital ever seen, they siphon money without proper treatment. Honestly, I urge everyone to think twice before visiting Charnock Hospital
Well behaved as well as helpful staff. Cleanliness at twin sharing cabin is really appreciable. Floor Managers are very helpful and always they are trying to solve any type of problem occurred during hospital staying.
In terms of locality, this hospital is the best in class. Both the highly qualified doctors and polite and professional staffs are making this hospital more patient friendly. The food quality is also good and the overall environment is neat and clean and hygienic.
Hospital is good and services are nice. They provide very good facilities and consultation of diffrent departments. They accepts all kinds of payments mode too starting from cash, cards and UPI which is pretty flexible. This hospital takes normal patients and also retired patients from central state government employees in form of CGHS also and rates are quite nominal. Location wise also good just beside airport near haldiram bus stop. It's easily accessible by cab, busses and auto. Nearest railway station is Dum dum which is some 5 miles away.
