Well what to say I am here just due to summer (to keep my body in a better ambient temperature because to their AC) and they keep their AC ON 22 degrees which feels good. This place has new owner/ trainer now, since I'm talkative and they are not.... so I am not that comfortable with them ( I talk alot). The space management is pretty bad all machines are kept in cluster manner which make this 4 BHK look clumped up, there is a big punching bag hanging on the gate of the room and it doesn't make any sense why is it there because if someone guy break his knuckle while punching bare fist who will take responsibility of his broken knuckle, dumbbells are kept on ground instead of rack (Big Dumbbells) its hard to pick them up from the ground while doing farmers carry and there is a battle rope which is on the floor all time someday I would trip over it and break my nose.

Multi-gym (unisex) with minimal packages along with all facilities including steam bath. The Gym instructors was very attentive.

The machines are old and all misaligned. No meaning full training given to new comers . The gym owner is interested only , on beautiful girls so pls. Be careful before joining the gym. A unique characteristics of the gym Sunday is fully closed so working persons note this point before joining. The pictures given above are more than 2 years old.

One of the best gym in kolkata. Really good equipments. Enough weights available. Hygiene is maintained. Very good ambience for working out.

Most 3rd class gym. Gym size too small, equipment so backdated. Not maintained properly. Every dumble only 1 set it's very pethetic. Just Name for general Trainer but busy with only PT guys. He is not professional & bad eyesight. Better to join beside CROSSFIT , i recently join there.

I've worked out on at least 6 gym before this. But the kind of environment and learning and tips I get from people around here is really unmatchable. Equipments are modern , Steam Bath have also been installed now. Trainer is always around the corner guiding with every kind of variety and other related tips for muscle building and well being. Even though few merchandise is still awaiting. Looking forward to get some goodies being a annual member of this institution. Keep up the good work guys. And I'm sure yr vision of opening 3 gym in Kolkata will become a reality by 2020.

Good trainers are present here all the while. The prices are also too much lower than the other gyms nearby. You can get various packages and tons of offers here if you follow. The founder was once attached with a renowned gym of Kolkata (can't take the name here) and he is now here to serve better in lower price. Go ahead and check it out.
