Is it really 3star resort ? Found FROG in side wash area. One of Reception staff is too much arrogantly saying he don't know our national language HINDI with full of proud. Worst higher charges for down level renovation (only recoloured). Don't wast money. Thank you.

Myself and 2 more families stayed there on March 2022 for a day. We booked 3 rooms. 2 Sea view suite and one pool side cottage. Sea view Suite rooms were spacious and can accommodate easily 4 adults but you have pay extra starting from 3rd person(2000 + taxes per person). Issues faced: 1) Pool side cottage (2 adults and an infant) AC did not work properly and we raised concerns for fixing it, even though the technicians came on time they were not able to fix the issue and trying to evade the situation saying it will be ok in 2 hour and then asked again for 30 min. Because of this we had to vacate the room at midnight and 2 families shared one sea view suite. 2) We had to argue for more than 1 hour to ask them to waive off the pool side view tariff of the final bill. Price: Food prices are on the higher side, but food quality was very good. 4 french fries (very fresh), 2 chicken sandwich, 2 tea and a coffee cost was 2660 including tax. Break fast: Complimentary breakfast was provided and it was very good. Lots of choices on kids menu they will enjoy it. Pool: The pool was very big the entire family enjoyed. But there are many broken tiles inside the pool and my son had cut his toe. So watch out. Overall I'm giving a 2 star because we had to move rooms at midnight all by ourselves, no help from staff and they did not accept the fault. Overall the stay was not so pleasant.

The worst stay experience ever. Nothing was right at the stay. And the hospitality is a literal 0. The staffs are totally careless and they don't really care about the issues in the room. We were given a totally uncleaned room and the wifi wasn't even being detected. None of the problems were addressed irrespective of repeated requests. Infact they are charging a bomb for the room and still give a room that is unhygienic. Definitely not worth the price.the bathrooms were not even decent looking. Please do not waste your money and time in this resort.

101 percent purely fraud .... They will make money with corporate companies. Highly trained staffs how to cheat corporate companies. Food the worst . Hectic choosing this place went to relax but it was an very bad experience. Never ever choose this property... It's make you pain and frustration. I don't have choice for below one star ... This property is underrated.

Our stay here is not over yet. Even though I wanted to pen this down. Very poor Maintainence of the resort. 1. Room smells very bad. 2. We asked for a blanket, they gave us a blanket with lots of holes in the blanket. 3. Washbasin water was not getting drained. 4. Room door is not getting closed. 5. Too much of mosquitoes in the room. 6. Ceiling has lots of cobwebs. 7. Breakfast is good, lunch and dinner is bad Overall a very bad experience we had.

Room was good with basic facilities, however not worth the exorbitant cost. Old decor ambience. Linen old. Bathroom and toilet were good. Shower was good. No warmth or hospitality. Beach is good. Privacy is good. Requested water bottles, promptly delivered. Vehicle is a must to explore nearby places.

1. The rooms are not clean, the toliet seat is very dirty and the wall of the rooms were dripping. They are too old and need some maintenance. 2. Since we were booking through agoda, they assured, early check-in and late check-out. They denied both. They gave the room late and they forced us to check-out soon., the reception was so rude.
