Food is above average but the staff & their service is super. A big for the caring attitude & warmth we received. Rooms are big, spacious & clean with separate bath & clothes drying area. They have go cart to take you to the beach. I didn't observe any beach activities though. So no disturbance.....peaceful beach access & time with family
Good place to spend time with friends & family. 1. They have a private beach with security/supervisors all around the time to ensure the safety (not allowed to get into beach water after 7pm) 2. Beach is pretty clean and maintained well 3. Rooms are enough spacious but there was wood smell as the interior are designed in that way 4. Nice pool with safeguard (7am to 7pm) 5. Breakfast items are less but overall good
Location is lovely with full access to a private beach. Room was spacious and classy. I caught cold due to overhead AC placement in the room. The resort has several sports options and a beautiful swimming pool in addition to golf course. Food could be better: spring roll was soggy and the preparation took more time than we imagined. Wifi was good.
This is a very good resort to spend your time with family or friends. It has lot of indoor and outdoor activities like Archery, Pool table, Tennis, Cricket, Volley, Golf and they have a private beach to enjoy your sunset and sunrise. They have a very big swimming pool. In Restaurant Mr.Sumit took our special orders request which wasn't in menu & prepared as per our needs. He was very helpful & friendly towards my parents & his patience towards our request was nice !! Overall Staff at restaurant & resort was very helpful & kind at the resort. Highly recommend this place.
Great place to go for a vacation. Absolutely beautiful property. The private beach is maintained very well. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is sloppy, since the property had a lot of guests they were not equipped to handle large numbers. The restaurant food was amazing, very yummy but 1 star for the restaurant service. The AC was not working in the restaurant when we went and if the AC doesn't work in Chennai then you know what to expect. Overall great property and food but poor and slow customer service at the resort.
Stayed for 1 night, very good ambience. Private beach is very safe and clean. Kids enjoyed massive swimming pool, best suitable for group outings.
The resort is beautiful. Location and private beach access was amazing to have. Very close to all major heritage spots. Service in the resort is extremely slow and disorganised. Staff are very polite and trying their best but it's not enough. Food quality was not up to mark. Not worth the price paid for the rooms. Only reason we chose this place is because it's pet friendly, however, though they charge for a pet, they only provide a torn mattress. No food provided for pets. So pet parents please plan accordingly.
Resort is located close to the beach..thats the only USP Food...average Rooms, pathetic is not the word. No hot water inspite of complaining.. Water stagnation in the shower area in the bathroom Health faucet not working Water seepage in the room adjacent to the bathroom No remote for AC No proper maintenance of rooms..on the whole disgusting room..probably other rooms would have been good. No idea
