This place is known for heavenly Biryani. Super delicious & premium biryani in Kharghar.

I ordered two different Biryani's.
Dum baked Awadh Veg Biryani and Mekhmali Veg Biryani.
Both the Biryani's were damn yummy and perfect balance of flavours and lot of veggies along with raita.

Then we had also ordered Kebabs and Seekh.
Veg Galouti Kebab and Veg Tawa Seekh.
I can't stop praising this delicious kebab and Seekh, truly delicious overall great taste.

We also had non alcoholic Beer, Chocolate paan.
And Gulab Jamun as sweet tooth.
I ordered parcel from Swiggy, got 10% off from the restaurant.
Food is appetising, preparation, taste, quality and quantity were good.
I order 3 different BIRYANI: CLASSIC Chicken, Chicken TIKKA, AWADHI Chicken. All 3 have their unique flavours.
Out of the 3, Awadhi was the most perfect. Classic was the most spicy of all, Tikka had more masala and tangy taste.
BBQ Pizza Squares : taste was okay. Puff crust base makes it unique and lighter.
Chicken Malai Tikka (half) as starters has only 3 pieces, taste was good, harissa (orange) sauce served with it was too salty.

2nd visit to restaurant : I can say the chicken baida roti is the best thing to have here. Half biryani were more oily compared full biryani. Afghani biryani is awesome too. Rolls are OK, loaded fries were good.

Charcoal eats - As we all know they are known for its biryanis but off late they have also introduced variety of other items like pizzas, bites, variety of fries, meals options etc.
AMBIENCE :
The ambience is simple and good with decent seating and hygiene well maintained.
SERVICE :
The staff were courteous, humble and gave us space to enjoy our time.

CHILLY GARLIC FRIES
The classic French fries served with loads of chilly garlic sauce and garlic mayo.
The fries were crispy and the precise amount of sauces, gave it a amazing taste ! It was quite unique taste with little spicy due to chilly garlic sauce.
PANEER TIKKA PIZZA SQUARE
A square-shaped pizza on a puff crust base with seasoning of Paneer ,Bhavnagari chilli ,Capsicum ,Onion.
Totally loved the taste of this one! Their base was different than the normal pizzas.
VEG AFGANI BIRYANI
If you are a BIRYANI lover, Then this place is truly for you.
White spices ,curd , ginger ,scented with Cardamom and enriched with cream.
The biryani was delicious, amazing aroma and taste
Their quantity is generous and Highly recommend.
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
Ended the meal with this lovely dessert.
Super duper creamy and more on the bitter side since dark chocolate is used, can't stop at just one bite.
One of the finest Chocolate mousse I have ever tasted.
All the dishes mentioned above are beyond delish!!! Go try and have a fabulous meal just like we did!
The portion sizes are available in both half and full to suit the strength of your appetite.

A cozy little place located in Kharghar, which can accomodate about 8 tables, literally serves the best pizza! A puff crust pizza is a new concept, and Charcoal Eats handles it really well!

1. Peri peri pizza - A square puff crust pizza topped with lots of sweet corn and bellpeppers, and not to forget, cheeseee! (5/5) *MUST TRY*
2. Achaari Aloo starter- Boiled aloos marinated with a little spicy masala (4.5/5)
3. Paneer makhani biryani- marinated paneer in a biryani with lots of vegetables and perfectly boiled rice, layered with perfection (5/5) *MUST TRY*
4. Salted Caramel mousse- I actually order for a chocolate mousse, but it wasn't available due to some issue. Hence, went for salted caramel mousse which didn't disappoint at all!! (4/5)
5. Onion rings- do they need an introduction? (5/5)
6. Amritsari chhole- amazingly prepared chhole served with a laccha paratha- tastes best!! (4.5/5)

#Chicken Seekh Kabab Roll - It was very well prepared a full long Chicken Seekh Kabab + Fries + Harissa Sauce + garlic Mayo + Onions wrapped in Malabari Paratha made it a very gratifying.
#Chicken Baida Roti - This is one of the best most recommended snacks to have, chicken minced in egg roti and cooked to perfection.
#Barbeque Loaded Fries - A scrumptious snack to have fried topped with barbeque sauce and spices makes it very much tasty, but as it was delivered the fries became a bit soggy which left with a sogged fries at the base.
#Chicken Tikka Biryani - Just love the authentic way for Biryani Preparation, always love to have it from here, tender chicken pieces marinated well and blended with spices makes it fulsome.
#Signature Chocolate Mousse - The best dessert anyone can have Mousse is always a delight

The ambience is delightful here and staff are generous.

PIZZA SQUARES (recommended to those who love thin crust base)
1.BOMBAY MASALA - thin crust pizza with Bombay style toppings
2. BBQ CHICKEN - love the chicken toppings and the suace it was cooked to perfection
STARTERS -
1. CLASSIC CHICKEN TIKKA - still drooling over ,mind you it wasn't a mainstream one it was best of all.
2. CHICKEN SEEKH KEBABS - Soft kebab , cooked to perfection
DESSERTS-
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE and SALTED CARAMEL MOUSSE - love their packing and tasted good

The place serves some delicious food the chicken tikka momos is my personal favourite and their box chicken rice is something you should try its a complete meal of fried rice omelette and gravy do check it out.
