Received this scrumptious meal from charcoaleats and I am so amazed by the taste! Trust me, biryani was so so freaking awesome in taste. I mean I went absolute mad after having their biryani! Other dishes which this meal included- Dum Baked Awadhi Biryani (5/5) Makhmali Afghani Chicken Tikka Biryani (4.5/5) Lucknowi seekh kebab (5/5) Elaichiwali Afghani Chicken seekh kebab (4/5) Phirni (5/5) Khoya Gulabjamun (5/5) The meal was indeed the best! Ordered this wholesome and scrumptious dinner meal from @charcoaleats contanining: Starters: Galouti Kebab: Small, round-shaped and had a lovely sear on both sides. These small kebabs plumped up a little, and when we cut them, it delivered great seasoning and succulent textured stuffing inside. Tawa Sheekh kebab: The sheekh kebab was flavoursome and overall it wasn't overly oily or salty. Exactly the kind of cooking I like. We enjoyed it with some green chutney and lachcha pyaaz that came on the side. Main Course: Veg Makhmali Afghani Biryani: You cannot imagine a lavish North Indian spread without including the delicacy of a Biryani. Aromatic Basmati rice to spice up this flavourful delicacy, creating a powerful dish that not only fills your stomach but also satisfies your soul. Veg Dum Baked Awadhi: Awadhi is a type of Lucknawi Biryani made with a combination of chuncks of paneer, spices and rice. It was layered together and cooked dum-style. It was made with plenty of different spices, but nothing ever feels overwhelming taste-wise. Loved the authenticity you bring to the biryani. It was well balanced with spices and flavour. Raita: The raita was absolutely appetising and had a nice creamy texture and cheesy taste to it. Its cooling nature kinda helps ease that spiciness while eating chilli hot biryani. Drinks: Masala Chaas: A perfect combination of health and taste. Helps with digestion and also serves as a refreshment especially during this rich foods meal. Desserts: Firni: The phirni is thick and smooth, and forms a delicious layer of cream on top. They top the phirni with some flakes of dried nuts. I had my first spoonful, and before I knew it, I had polished off a whole bowl. Khoye ka gulab jamun: These soft sugar syrup soaked balls are a treat always. Soft, melt in the mouth and taste delicious with stuffed khoya inside. Chocolate Paan: Delicious Paan coated with Chocolate and it had a good flavour of gulkand inside. Vilayati Chocolate Mousse: Dreaming of airy chocolate mousse? Look no further than here. It has an authentic chocolate flavour and texture that's indulgent yet light. Its luxurious compote filling and chocolate sponge base makes this one a rich and decadent mousse. It's sweet tasting but well balanced with a strong chocolate hit. Overall its dense, opulent, and generously-sized along with being bubbly, creamy and glossy.

Food rating - 1 star Customer support rating - 4 star I ordered 2 quantities of Butter Chicken biryani and 1 Paneer Makhani Biryani. All the biryanis were saltless, no spices and watery. It was not even baked, the masala was all raw. I called up their customer support team and Ms. Shruti assisted me. She ensured that all the three biryanis were replaced by another 3 biryanis. She ensured that the biryanis were prepared upto the mark. Being a customer of Charcoal Eats since almost 4/5 years, I can say that the quality of their biryanis has deteriorated over a period of time. It is no longer smokey, that Charcoal smoke is missing from their biryanis now. I think I will not opt for them next time. The management should drop the word 'charcoal' from their name. One of the best dum biriyani I ever had. Tasty and comes in great portion. Loved the combo and the seekh kebab was on point awesome. Raita and chocolate pan were add-ons given to make the experience worth it. Loved the veg tava seekh kebab & the GALOUTI KEBAB too. Just amazing

Thank You Charcoal eats for serving the best Biryanis & Kebabs in Kalyan city. The taste and aroma of biryani was just awesome. The Chicken was so soft and tender. The quality and length of rice was soo good. Even the quantity of Biryani was soo fulfilling. The kebab was so juicy & tasty. I would love to taste it again. overall Amazing experience. Was craving for some delicious biryani and charcoal came to my rescue. I ordered Mughlai paneer, ustaadi Hyderabadi biryani & phirni. Paneer was soft and filled with so damn good flavors. It had a slight hint of elaichi. Accompanied with mint chutney and onions. Something different. Biryani - This was just so delicious. All the flavors were balanced perfectly. It had baby corn, potatoes, French beans, carrot, and other veggies in it and obviously a lot of taste as well. Highly recommended , Phirni -Chilled and now so sweet, that's how I like my dessert. Rich and flavorsome. The delivery process was smooth and contactless. They also gave me a chocolate paan which surely a good end to my meal. Food - Delivery -

Super Oily no taste only plain yellow colour rice. Show something send something else. Better to Eat home made pulao dn have this on name of briyani. Not at all recommended
