Great positive and uplifting atmosphere, homely gym, importantly not over crowded. Trainer himself is a biggest motivation and very friendly and follows holistic approach to train and gives undivided attention to everyone. Gym is neat well equipped well maintained and one can have diverse workout sessions according to need. Five stars, will recommend this gym to anyone without any second thoughts! Go ahead, be sweating!
I am the member of this gym since 2 years.It is a unisex gym.The gym is well equipped and maintained and includes all facilities for body building as well as weight loss with personal attention.Aerobics classes are conducted everyday (Mon-Fri) for women in the evening from 7-8pm which also includes stepboard training, exercises of stability ball and steam bath and its their flagship training session. Many women have overcome their gynecological problems related to obesity by sweating in their aerobic classes. For men weight lifting training is available with all the necessary equipments for body building. Both Sir and Madam are one of the best fitness trainers I have ever come across in Bangalore. They are well experienced in the field as they are training people since decades. Their unmatched stamina and dedication towards fitness even in their 60s is commendable and it gets reflected when they train us all and its an inspiration for us to achieve their fitness levels.
One of the best gym that I ever been . I have been going here from my childhood . Its is the first gym near bilekhalli since 2000. Good metal equipments gives the best results and the price is very reasonable. For students there is some offer price . I have been here since more than 5+ years
