Extremely bad. Staff is extremely arrogant and for patient to be shifted in icu m, they took almost 4 hours. Night emergency staff is the worst. Sitting and chit chatting in emergency as if having some party...extremely loud chit chat

My mother was admitted in the hospital only for breathing problem. They put her in ICU. She was continuously asking for her son and daughter but they didn't allow to meet because the meeting time was not there. By the time my mother heart rate increased they put her on ventilator. we were not interested to put her in ventilator ,then all ICU staff convinced us that it would be for her betterment, so we agreed and the next day in the evening they called us and said she had a heart attack, for 10 minutes there was no heartbeat. It was a shocking news for us because as per our family doctors she was not having any history of heart problem or kidney problem. Next day they said the kidneys are also not working properly. God knows what they did in 3 days with my mother. It was a horrible experience and now she is sinking inside the ICU everyone knows but we are waiting for the visitors hours.We requested many times to the Watchmen and nursing staff but they didn't allow. If you love your parents and near ones don't ever bring them here in this hospital.

Very bad experience in this hospital. My Mama was admitted in the hospital due to minor Paralysis attack. My Mama was admitted in ICU without any reason and was not allowed to meet him for 2 days. They were giving him unnecessary injections and making bills. I would request everyone not to get admitted in the hospital. Same situation as Gabbar is back , watch the movie if you had not watched.

Worst hospital. Simply Robbers sitting to rob you. They would do unnecessary tests and diagonosis that would just increase you bill.

Previously this hospital and its service was good, but recent very less cleaning staff and nursing staff, they should increase nursing staff and cleaning staff for better service delivery. Very poor service in private and delux rooms. Management should work on it.

Worst hospital in lucknow. Doctors are unaware of diseases. My mother was hospitalized with ascitis. They did not control and my mother expired within 12 days. I recommend don't go to charak .Doctors are not trustful.

Very bad behaviour of staff and doctors. They want only money. Don't go this hospital for serious treatment.. Be aware.
