My personal experience - 1. Around 3km away from nearest Metro station. 2. Bedsheets, pillow cover and towels are not cleaned properly, Some kind of dry patches visible which is highly unhygienic. Book 3 rooms but same condition in every room. 3. Hotel is not holding any kind of kitchen facility as well as no food junction nearby to the hotel. So you need to find out the food everytime. Food is available at the hotel from some outside resources on tie-up basis which quite costly. 4. Cleaning is not proper specially in the bathroom. 5. Hotel is full of Mosquitoes at everywhere (bedroom/bathroom/lift). Good night machine is provided but it doesn't work at all (No smell/fragrance from good night machine when it is switched-on, it seems like water is filled on good night refill bottle) 6. Management is very poor. Customers make so much noise/party/song at the night after 10/11PM/midnight and you can't sleep at the night due to that high noise. Hotel doesn't have any kind of policy on this so that other customers don't get disturbed. Even after complaining so many times it continues. Hotel room is not for the party purpose. People stay there for the rest.

I liked that they not only offer single single room. in case 4-5 family's want to stay together they also offer floor booking. Each floor has 6 rooms with separate 6 keys plus 1 key to lock whole floor But I don't like there cleanliness, there are lot of mosquito, and fear of dangu. We had to arrange 3 mosquito spray for 6 rooms. Before and after coming we had to spray

Excellent Hotel . The room's here are very spacious and comfortable. The hotel is following every safety and hygiene precautions according to Covid-19 guidelines. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. Food was very tasty. I must say I had an amazing experience staying at Chanson Hotels,Delhi. Will surely visit again and recommend it to others.

I visited last weekend with my Family. The Rooms were Very Well Maintained, Sanitized and Cleaned. The staff in the Hotel was friendly. Service were much better than what was Expected.! Loved the stay here. Planning to visit soon!

We booked this hotel for a marriage function for 5 days. This hotel is very ridiculous in terms of service and staff 1. The hotel staff used to purposefully switch off the ACs where the buffet and the functions were held. 2. The staff have a very inappropriate behaviour. 3. Even after paying they don't serve you what you ask for and at the end moment say it is not available. 4. Many Items were stolen from the hotel by the staff it self. 5. Zero co-operation for anything even if we pay for them. Suggest you to never book this hotel if you don't want to spoil your mood or functions.

Decent hotel to stay. But their kitchen were closed for two whole days and we were forced to order from swiggy. Their food are very expensive stuffs with average food tastes. Their breakfast cost 250/person. Poor bread omelette and poha was tasting pathetic. Finally rooms are good to stay. Avoid any sort of food orders or mineral water bottle buy up from hotels.

The best hotel in Delhi. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel gives better services to the guests. Staffs are helping and kind. Properly take care of sanitization in the hotel. I Genuinely recommend Chanson Hotels.

This hotel is a newly renovated hotel located in paschim vihar, New Delhi. Very convenient for all types of transport.. Very affordable prices. The restaurant serves amazing food ( veg and non veg) both room service and dining available.
