The Chang Ghar restaurant is located in Gupta Kutir,Digboi it provides quality food to its customers, specially the chicken legacies are delicious in the restaurant and ambience is also good.
One of the best comfy cozy places in Digboi to booze in. Good service, quality food especially the prawns chilli, chicken fry and pork dry. The restaurant has never failed to maintain the boozy vibe.
