I usually visit this facility. product is good but not service. Cashier department is too slow they they take on 10-15 min to each billing. Really need to work on service. Other staff is good they will ask you for tea and coffee in every 25-30 min.

I recently visited the Satara store. Their accounts department is very slow. They need to work on it.
Other services are good but they really need to work on their accounts department. They made coustomer to wait for half hour in a queue though there's no rush.
Very poor service in silver session..men's are not talking politely when there is rush.
Please give a training to your staff and then ask to sell.
And I am regular customer here but now I won't purchase anything from here and sure many clients you are loosing .
I recently visited the SATARA store .their accounts department is very slow.i finished my shopping within 15 minutes and they made me wait for half hour in front of counter
Usually they provide tea coffee &water service but today 23/08/23 they didn't even notice us
Staff behaviour with the customer is not good.
Need to improve on this point.
Had the most wonderful experience here. Ordered golden bracelets and necklaces that were exactly how we wanted. Service excellent throughout. A must visit place. Owner is amazing nothing is too much trouble
