Worst experience here We have Ordered 25 Set of Silver gifts here they confirmed our order and at the last moment after 4 days on the occasion of diwali suddenly they said sorry can't able to provide 25 numbers of gift that was very seamless thing if you can't give Service then please Don't give the hope and please don't take the order better you close the Silver section that will be better and totally no response from Silver section staff
We had the most worst experience here. We visited here to check out mangalsutra design. The person who was showing us the design was least interested to do his job. He was not giving any details, was not at all enthusiastic. It just wasted our time. We lost our all mood to purchase anything there.
Amazing services by the team. The process is easy and transparent if you are giving your gold back. Found a few designs which were not available in Kalyan, Malabar, Tanisq, PNG.

I have mixed experience with Chandukaka Saraf. Sales person was cooperative and humble but delivery section person was not attentive. He gave us used box for new item we purchased. Box condition is pathetic and it was in unhygienic condition(a guy was scratching himself with that box). I am disappointed with this.
