Very good, supportive, polite staff. Store is located next to Magarpatta main gate, has 3 floors and very well maintained. Much varieties available in gold, diamond and silver too. Making charges slightly lesser than other jewellers in a row. Transparency in every transaction. Keep it up.
Very nice jewellery store and a good collection of jewellery. Their making charges are also reasonable. Employees are very polite and friendly, for them customer relationships and their satisfaction is their first priority. Whenever we have gone there we have always come out with a smile.

We went to CS hadapsar recently and had a very bad experience. It was chaotic and unmanaged. First person who attended us left in between without any communication. After waiting for long we were attended by another staff member who left in between as well. The next person was rude and wasn't interested to show anything. I bought diamond nose ring and while I was finalizing diamond earrings purchase they kept on snaching the mirror for other guests. I mean really you only got one mirror???? We got pissed and left the store. In addition the system was down while billing for the nose ring. The staff is not professional or accountable. I wouldn't recommend this store or shop here again.
As usual best experience. I visited this branch for buying earring for my toddler. The staff is really helpful and patient with us. Mrs. Anuja was very much sweet n friendly with us. They listen to ur requirement and guide u accordingly. Overall very nice experience. Keep up the good work team.
Horrible experience, we are customer of CS from last 10 years and today we had very bad experience at Hadapsar branch. They will judge your purchasing power by your vehicle. They asked us to remove our bike from empty parking (which was not reserved for 4W). They just lost one loyal customer just due to behaviour of staff. Purchased required gold from nearby big brand (Kalyan and Malabar) with very good experience. If you want to buy gold in CS they ask you to keep your self respect outside of their shop , they think they are the only gold Smith on the planet ...
Nice varieties of jewellery available, 3 floor building, 3rd floor was for the silver section. The hospitality was impressive, clean and finished jewellery store in the hadapsar.
