Be careful while exchanging gold, sale's person doesn't disclose hidden costs. Person seating in Ground floor, "Chandi karagir" is not properly using Masks, then why you Force customers the same? ***It's noticed that Lift is not working but it is ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STAFF*** Don't fool customers. Have to wait for 30 min for sales person, didn't understand why they were not attending me while people come afterwards were attended. Need to ask manager then only some come to listen something. Very bad staff, looks they staff were attended their relatives when someone come afterwards me. Hope management should take care of this else people always has other options. Sorry but true.
Worst experience ever!! Very high making charges, they are claiming that they are selling antique Jewellery by putting a single part as a antique and charging for high making charges. If they really wanna charge for antique, first they should check how it's made and what is the difference. Just putting a polish on machine made product doesn't become antique one. Staff is really sweet for gold shopping. They tried to explain but as nothing is in their hand so they couldn't help much. Coming to silver jewellery, staff is arrogant and very rude. Plus gold rate here are more than official rate by 800-900 rs. The day we went that day it was 48000/10gram but they charged 48800/- I travelled so far for getting disappointed:(
The variety is nice but the staff doesn't inform you about the information of the ornaments i.e the jewelry is delicate, etc. I had had that experience two times that my jewelry broke and then they informed that it is delicate .
