I am regular customer of Chandukaka and always buy from Pune hadapsar. When i visited Ahmednagar shop earlier i was about to purchase silver karanda but due to sudden price change I thought of purchasing it after some time and asked that lady who showed me the stuff to call me if incase the price drops . But when today i visited store after some months , that sales lady says that we had kept it aside for 1.5 months for you and you didn't purchase and her attitude was at the pick. I want to ask chandukaka jewellers whether it's me who will take decision or is that lady who will be taking decision about buying any stuff from that store? Did i ask her to keep it aside for 1.5months? If any customer comes to buy same thing, will she not give it to them? Then how can someone blame me for that thing? She didn't even call me as promised . Also the staff doesn't seem to entertain customers. Nobody cares about customers in SILVER SECTION and it's us who have to continuously ask them to come to us . They ask for coffee but it never comes. Before leaving the shop i also complained this to the lady who welcomes the customer at the door. Seriously Pathetic treatment at Ahmednagar branch. And a big NO from today.
I am regular customer here and Ornaments, Service and Staff behaviour is good. But what makes difference is gold rate and service charges. Today I checked 99.50 KT rate in Chandukaka which is more than today's rate in PNG. Additionally for vedhni Chandukaka charging service charges, around 284 rs for 10gm. I found around 450 rs more rate in Chandukaka than PNG. So total cost for 10gm gold in Chandukaka is 750 to 800 rs High than PNG.
